Puppy Deposit
Puppy deposit of $500.00 will be required to hold your pick/puppy choice. Puppy must be completely paid for by 8 weeks of age, unless previous arrangements made. If puppy is not paid for by 8 weeks of age the puppy will be listed back up for sale. All previous payment(s) including deposit will not be refunded. Deposits and payment(s) will be accepted through Money Orders, Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart money transfers, Cashier’s Checks, PayPal/Cash App, Personal checks (allow 3 weeks for bank clearance, cannot guarantee pick to remain open),or cash. Puppy deposit is Non-Refundable but could be transferable under certain conditions and further discussion. Puppy choice must be made by 7 weeks of age, shipping arrangements (Flights/Ground, Dates, Times) are handled by myself but always in contact and agreement with new puppy owner. Sire and/or Dam owner(s) have the right to first pick(s) of the litter at any time if they choose. Puppy choice can be made by pictures, video, in-person, or by breeder after detailed discussion between breeder and buyer of what they are seeking from puppy availability and description. New owners/deposit senders will receive digital photos and video from birth until placement in their new homes. Buyer is responsible for all shipping/transportation cost of the puppy including but not limited to: Crate, Health Certificate, and the Shipping cost via airline or ground. Breeder is not to be held liable with any shipping incidents involving the dog as buyer is aware and understands the risk of shipping a live animal Airline or Ground within the USA or International.
Puppy Contract Details
This puppy is in good physical and mental health, as it appears to the eye at the time of leaving breeders care. Buyer has (72) Seventy-two hours (3 business days) to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice. If the puppy is found to be unhealthy during that time, the buyer may return the puppy and all related paperwork to receive a replacement puppy of equal value or a full refund (excluding shipping/cropping expenses) with a written veterinarian report verifying illness/defect/disease. If buyer chooses not to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours they accept this puppy “as is” at time of sale. Buyer realizes that the purchase of a live animal carries with it risk of the puppy contracting various bacteria or viruses not in control of either the breeder or buyer. This agreement does not cover internal or external parasites. The breeder guarantees this canine against life-threatening hereditary/congenial defects for a period of one year of age. In the event that a life-threatening genetic health disorder renders this canine unsuitable as a companion animal, the buyer will surrender the canine with signed registration papers (if applicable) to the breeder, who will replace the original purchase (no cash refund) with a puppy of equal value. This does include hereditary hip deficiencies; It does not include injuries, buyer must have vet verification as to proof it is hereditary and not due to an injury. Breeder has rights to a second vet opinion of their choice to go over submitted evidence. Request for replacement puppy must be accompanied by verification of illness/defect/disease making animal unsuitable as a companionship animal by a qualified/licensed veterinarian. Breeder may request a second opinion to confirm illness/defect/disease. In the event of death, a letter from your veterinarian stating cause of death and necropsy findings must be submitted to the breeder for replacement. Replacement is to be breeder’s choice of stock on hand or expected litter(s) within one year, repreplacement shall be same sex. Medical and shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer (non-refundable).
The buyer agrees to maintain the health of this puppy, which includes but does not limit to, adequate housing, quality nutrition, regular exercise, proper socializing, deworming/heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, scheduled vaccines, and veterinary care as needed. Breeder does not guarantee the temperament of this puppy as proper socialization and training is buyer’s responsibility. Breeder is not to be held liable for any incidents the puppy/dog is held responsible for; whether in a training environment, a private, or a public setting. All training and cost of training is buyer’s responsibility. Buyer is to send updates of puppy/dog through pictures and/or video to breeder at least every few months. If for any reason the Buyer cannot keep the dog Breeder is to be informed; Breeder will take back dog/puppy with all paperwork so a suitable home may be found. Breeder does not guarantee the outcome ear crop of the puppy. Ear cropping must be done by a licensed veterinarian in a clean environment with proper aftercare of the crop. Breeder is not responsible or held liable for death in accordance to the cropping procedure (blood loss, anesthetic, etc.). Ear cropping is available through my personal veterinarian and is included in the price of the puppy. Renee Hammer located in Pryor, Oklahoma will perform the cropping procedure if chosen by buyer. Those that are/were full time Military Personnel/Law Enforcement/ Medical Personnel(EMT/Fire) active or retired qualify for 10% off purchase price of puppy.
Full and Limited Registration
Please refer to the above statements of this contract regarding buyers registration rights. If Limited
Registration has been selected, this puppy is being sold as pet quality only. Intended for companionship with no guarantees as to breeding soundness, show-ability, work-ability, trainability, temperment, or size at maturity. The Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy by the age of 2 years (24 months), but not before 1 year (12 months). The Buyer affirms that their purchase is for a “pet home” only & not for breeding purposes. If the purchased dog is used to produce a litter without or knowledge or with consent, the Breeder will be entitled to be compensate for breach of contract. The Buyer then agrees to pay the Breeder an additional $2,000 above the purchase price of the original puppy AND $1,000 per puppy sold from the whelping. The general health guarantee as well as the genetic guarantee becomes void if the spay/neuter contract is violated.
If Full Registration has been agreed upon (prior to sale) and noted above in this contract for a show/breeding/working prospect, the buyer fully understands the breeder cannot guarantee size or show/breeding ability of this puppy. If this puppy is to be bred it is highly recommended, but not required, to health test before breeding.
The buyer assumes full liability for this puppy after leaving breeder’s care or premises. This contract is non-transferable. This is a law binding contract; If taken to court buyer is responsible for their own attorney, court fees, and travel expenses as court appearance will be in breeder’s state of residents.
